Our Early Childhood students receive faith based education through the Stories of God's Love Program. Grades first through eighth use Christ in Us for their religion program. We attend mass as a school once a week and on holy days of obligation.
Prekindergarten is available for those students that have turned four and are preparing for kindergarten. These students develop socially and academically as they learn to understand how formal school works. Their curriculum consists of the Happily Ever After series and Scholastic News. Religion lessons come from Stories of God's Love. Our students receive Spanish, Music and Physical Education instruction each week.
Our youngest learners use a play-based curriculum with an integrated alphabet program.
Starting in PreKindergarten through Second grade, students use the Happily Ever After and Superkids program for reading instruction. This includes, reading, writing, vocabulary, spelling and phonics.
Students in grades 3-5 use the Wonders Reading program.All students use in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade use iReady reading for individual learning. Christ in Us provides the students with the teachings of our Catholic faith. Grades first and second use Superkids to prepare learners in English language arts. Social studies and Science weekly
Preschool and Prekindergarten students explore numbers and the number sense through the use of hands-on experiences.
Kindergarten through middle school utilize the iReady math curriculum. Students receive individualized and whole group instruction.
Our social studies curriculum is designed to support students' understanding of history, geography civics, and economics at each educational level. For early childhood, we introduce young learners to current events, basic social concepts and foundational citizenship in an age-appropriate, engaging format. For elementary students, we incorporate McGraw Hill and Studies Weekly resources, combining comprehensive textbooks with weekly publications that encourage hands-on learning and critical thinking about historical events, community roles, and global awareness. In middle school, students are provided with a more in-depth exploration of US history, government, and world studies, which prepares students for high school level social studies.
All students participate in Physical Education, Music, and Spanish. Art, STEM and Social Emotional Learning are taught in the grade level classroom.
